Hi Dearies
This is to inform you that your class will be sitting for your level test on 20 August (Tuesday). It is an essay writing test. There are TWO questions: 1) narrative; and 2) exposition (discursive). For the exposition, you use the 'PEEL' (Point-Elaboration-Example-Link) structure to base your argumentations on.
You choose ONLY ONE. You are advised to write between 350 and 500 words.
To score well for language, remember to include a wide range of interesting vocabulary and phrases, and produce a high variety of sentence varieties and complexities.
